Home First Down Payment Assistance Program

In partnership with the NYC Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD), Brooklyn Cooperative Federal Credit Union is a participating Homebuyer Education Counseling Agency. The HomeFirst Down Payment Assistance program provides qualified homebuyers with up to 6% of the purchase price of the home towards down payment or closing costs.
