Home First Down Payment Assistance Program

In partnership with the NYC Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD), Brooklyn Cooperative Federal Credit Union is a participating Homebuyer Education Counseling Agency. The HomeFirst Down Payment Assistance program provides qualified homebuyers with up to 6% of the purchase price of the home towards down payment or closing costs. To determine if you are eligible for assistance, or for more information on the HomeFirst Down payment Assistance program, visit www.nyc.gov/hpd .
