Our Foreclosure Prevention Program is designed to give you that help, no matter which lender you have.

Free Advice Tailored to You
In cooperation with our nonprofit affiliate, Grow Brooklyn, our counselors will sit down with you to:

• Go over your income and expenses
• Help you set up a budget
• Review mortgage documents with you

Assistance with loan modifications
If you need to modify your loan, a counselor will

• Explain the options that are available to you
• Help you understand which one might be right for you
• Guide you through government- and bank-specific programs when necessary
• Help you in talks with your lender

Making Home Affordable Program
Grow Brooklyn works with the government’s Making Home Affordable Program, which helps home owners to make monthly payments more affordable by modifying or refinancing a troubled mortgage.
