Every checking account holder can request one. Pay by debit card from your checking account wherever Visa is accepted.

Make Free Transactions

• Unlimited Checking account holders can make unlimited, free transactions at any NY State Walgreens whenever they wish.
• Start Checking account holders can use their Visa Check Card at any NY State Walgreens. Debit transactions are free and a total of four ATM transactions per month are free (each additional ATM transaction costs $1).
